Upon arrival, it is appreciated to connect briefly with a church point of contact (church rep,
worship leader, MD, or soundcheck lead) to coordinate timing.

Travel & Lodging (Summary)
Gary is available nationwide. For engagements within approximately 3–4 hours driving distance, ground travel is preferred. For engagements beyond 4 hours, air travel is preferred. For out-of-town engagements requiring an overnight stay, a hotel provided by the hosting church/organization\ is appreciated. Four-star accommodations are recommended when available, as they typically provide onsite dining and flexibility for late check-ins or late service end times—supporting rest, punctuality, and smooth scheduling.
